Our ghee is not factory-made. It is prepared using the ancient Bilona method, a slow and mindful process that preserves nutrition, aroma, and medicinal properties.
This is the same ghee our ancestors trusted for strength, digestion, and immunity.
Bilona ghee begins with fresh cow milk. The milk is set into curd naturally, without additives. This curd is then slowly churned using a wooden bilona to extract cultured butter.
The butter is gently heated on low flame until pure golden ghee separates — leaving behind milk solids. This slow heating enhances aroma and digestibility.
